Set of economic-quantitative methods by which costs of specific phenomena and/or companies’ indicators are computed, in order to support managers involved in decision-making and cost-monitoring processes. The analysis of the logistic and transport costs aims at improving the cost/level of service ratio, together with the reorganisation of delivery routes, the definition of vehicle-saturation methods and the setting of contracts’ fees and conditions.
